December 26, 2022 As an individual investor, I agree with the proposed rule s7-31-22. For too long, individual investors have suffered as market makers/wholesalers execute our orders off-exchange. The effects of this diversion of retail orders is a prevention of stock price increases and lost retail profits - effectively a barrier to supply and demand. An incentive to execute retail orders on exchange at the best possible price is much needed to change this dynamic and restore investor confidence.
