As a retail investor, I believe that this rule is great because it forces transparency in very opaque markets. This comes at a time after the events of January 2021 where many retail investors were \"burned\" due to the legislation in play today. I believe that this rule creates good-faith for retail investors by offering said transparency. I also agree with this ruling based on the fact that competition is never a bad thing. When inflation is hitting the pockets of ALL American citizens it would feel good to know that I'm getting the best price for execution. Thank you
