Chair Gensler, After careful perusal of the proposed rule and reading the existing comments, it has become clear to me that this proposal is good for the common retail investor whom you were created to protect. Order Competition is good for the market and always will be. Having Market makers get first chance at orders, especially in the large percentage they receive, allows them to manipulate the market to their benefit. They are slowly sucking money out of pension funds, 401ks, and regular household investors life savings. Proceeding with this rule benefits every person I have ever met in my life as a normal American. Only the obscenely wealthy, and those beholden to the wealthy, benefit from having this rule struck down. I hope to see this rule passed. Thanks, Preston Martin
