There is a long list of companies that have shares above the threshold on the SHO lists for the major exchanges. I wonder, given the length of time involved for some of them, does anybody know who failed to deliver? It is an attrocity that this has been allowed and given the length of time some have been on the Reg SHO list, suggests criminal activities and I am surprised that the SEC has not specifically addressed this situation. There are criminals out there that OWE shares or cash that they are just keeping for themselves and I wont feel secure in this market until those people are made to pay up or go to jail. It is larceny plain and simple and sugar coating this theft is in itself criminal.
