Hi, 


     I wholeheartedly agree with the SEC's desire to both optimize tick sizes and harmonize these changes, to end the regulatory advantage that off-exchange wholesalers enjoy over regulated exchanges. However, the proposal needs to be improved, and have put forward our ideas for improvement. The SEC should also ban FTDs! Thanks.
