My comment is as a retail investor is to let it be known these proposals are good for retail. Organizations such as Citadel, Schwab, and NYSE do not represent retail investors, or household investors and only seek to corrupt the markets. Individual investors greatly benefit from these proposals and any unintended consequences that are threatened by these big organizations deserve to be investigated. I am all for charging these organizations for causing idiosyncratic risk in the markets, because these risks exists due to manipulation by big organizations.
