 Dear SEC,

I am writing as a retail trader in support of proposed Regulation NMS: Minimum Pricing Increments, Access Fees, and Transparency of Better Priced Orders (34-96494). As a retail trader, I believe this proposal will greatly benefit me by promoting fair and transparent markets.

The proposal's focus on increasing transparency by requiring market centers to make real-time public display of better-priced orders is particularly important to me. This will allow me to make more informed decisions about where to trade, and it will also help to promote competition among market participants.

I also appreciate the proposal's emphasis on fair pricing increments which will help to ensure that retail traders like myself are not disadvantaged by arbitrary pricing increments. This, in turn, will help to lower trading costs for retail traders like myself and provide us with more efficient and effective markets.

I also appreciate the proposal's emphasis on access fees. The requirement that market centers have in place procedures to prevent the discrimination against any person or category of persons in the provision of access is an important step in ensuring that all traders, including retail traders, have equal access to market centers.

Overall, I believe that this proposal is a positive step towards creating fair and transparent markets for retail traders like myself. Thank you for considering my input.

Sincerely,
Robert Graham Brunner
