I agree with this rule set forth because it benefits the greater good of retail investors.
We would also like to submit our knowledge of massive Failure to Delivers, Naked Short Selling, and the use of Tokenized securities via FTX that has allowed the naked short selling and massive pileup of FTDs in Settlement warehouses. Thank you for your time and continue to do the right thing.
