I believe it is my right, as an American citizen, to invest in spot retail FOREX. I understand a need to "protect consumers/investors", however, I believe prohibiting spot retail FOREX trading is not the approriate action nor in the best interest of the United States or it's citizens. I am for improving education requirements for spot retail FOREX trading. Perhaps, even making licensure of some sort a requirement before participating in actual trading. Please consider other alternatives, if any, instead of prohibition.
