Please bring back uptick rule and stop naked short selling.I'm 64,on SSD and a stock buyer,but all the home work to find value in a company means nothing if you continue to let this naked short selling an no uptick to go on.P/E,outlook,results are all irrelavent if the SEC does't prosacute someone for illegal naked short selling.I may as well take my little bit of money to the cassino,it's the same game,except it's more fun with free drinks
