Hello, As a retail investor, I am writing to express my support for the disclosure of order execution information. Without this information, I cannot be certain that I am getting the best price available. I believe that brokers owe their customers a duty of Best Execution derived from common law agency principles and fiduciary obligations. Unfortunately, we can't be sure that brokers are playing fair without a rule explicitly stating this, with real consequences for failure to do so.
