March 19, 2023 Hello, I am in favor of File No. S7-29-22 Release No. 34-96493. Here are some reasons why I support this: This needs to become a rule for the SEC can enforce common law agency principles and fiduciary obligations Best execution is important in trade execution for individual investors that are ignorant of the complexities involving executing a trade. Different trading venues oftentimes offer different prices, slower execution can often lead to getting the best/fair price. In 2017, Citadel paid the SEC $22.6 million to settle best execution charges for executing customer trades at less favorable pricing when a better price was available. This left customers at a loss for not getting the best execution when making an investment... and I bet the lose was way higher than the penalty of 22.6 million. Thanks
