As pleased as I am with the recent proposals (S7-29-22, S7-30-22, S7-31-22, S7-32-22) to protect individual investor rights, I would also appreciate seeing proposals and enforcement regarding Failures to Deliver (FTDs). As both individual investors and financials bodies are becoming aware of the negative implications (on a global level) that will result from bodies performing specific tactics/loopholes, one thing is for certain. The recent proposals, importantly enforcement regarding FTDs, will protect investors alike and maintain balance of the global economy.
