December 31, 2022 Dec 31, 2022 I agree with this rule update but think it should go further and address FTDs which are plaguing the entire stock market and causing harm in the economy as this affects retail investors and small cap businesses which cripples price discovery and causes bad actors in the market to take and never give anything in return.
