It's a good document.

I would like to see something similar for those of us who are paying quarterly payments under a Fee based Portfolio Advisory Service. There are so many other letters besides A and B when your dealing with institutional shares. We have the same problems as an individual investor.

Under the Fees and Expenses of the Fund:

Instead of just saying You may qualify for sales charge discounts if you and your family invest. I would like for you to include what qualifies an investor for the family discount.

Fidelity had similar wording and when I tried to get the discount by including my two daughters, I was informed by them, that in order to receive the discount my daughters had to live in the same household. Your wording may give some investors the impression, that as long as you are a family member one is entitled to the discount, when they are not.

Is there any possibility of also indicating on your document for those mutual fund that charge for a Wrap Around and the % they charge.
