I think this proposal is very good and will help the aveage investor better understand the value and risk of investing in mutual funds. There should also be added a comparison of the funds performance to an approporate benchmark or a blended benchmark to beter evaluate the performance of the fund and its management. I fully realize this will not indicate the future performance of the fund but would give some information to compare performance rather than a SP general comparison. thanks for the opportunity to comment on this proposal.
