I think this does a nice job of hitting the highlights. A few things I think are missing -
Notation of any early redemption fees, such as within the first 90 days or year of purchase
Management fees - notation of any performance based fees that may apply.
Current fund asset allocation in cash, US stocks, International stocks, and bonds. If the fund is a global fund but invested 80% in US stock, it would be helpful to have that information.
