I support the recommendations made by NAPFA in their letter to the SEC dated 2/28/08.
I particularly support improved disclosure of fees, including brokerage fees.
I feel that if a typical investor cannot readily find all fees in an easy-to-read and easy-to-find Fact Sheet, or if an investment manager can in any way "hide" fees from a prospective investor, the prospectus has failed to fulfill its function.
