SEC: I’ve traded for years using an online broker charging little or no commission. Most trades are filled at mid price or better with me in control. Trades are filled in less than a second. I don’t want any changes to the existing system that is working well for me. Maybe you would better serve the public by developing educational programs that teach basis investment habits like keeping each position size in check and not chasing the latest fad and social post.
