November 20, 2022 I support this proposal. It is important for retail investors to have access to as much trading data as possible fair markets require availability of maximum information on what is happening. I would further encourage the Commission to require an even shorter deadline for open ended funds reporting and that information's subsequent availability to the public if, through this rule, a month is already granted for an open ended fund to report to the SEC, there is no reason why yet another month is needed to give that information over to the public.
