November 10, 2022 I am an individual retail investor and I support s7-26-22. I believe it will increase market fairness for retail investors. Forcing shorts and naked short positions to close is essential for market stability. It is also important to not allow failure to delivers (FTD) persist. This destroys market fairness for businesses and retail investors.
