November 10, 2022 I am writing to support this proposition to implement greater transparency and accountability within the markets. Swaps require more reporting before another economic disaster arises, see Archegos past insolvency. The sooner the SEC can discover and rectify insolvent institutions, the better overall for our market structures. I believe more security reporting should not only be necessary by professional institutions but heavily fined for failing to provide swaps reporting and rectification of fails to deliver.
