November 10, 2022 I fully support holding all market participants to a level of accountability expected from every other citizen in this country. You should not be able to sell things you dont have. And if you do, there must be accountability required to force those positions to close. I support greater transparency to hopefully bring us closer to an actual free and fair market. As we currently do not have a free and fair market with companies like citadel abusing market maker priveledges without the accountability of a market maker. These hedge funds should not be able to short and distort legitimate u.s. companies. It is unexcusable.
