November 10, 2022 To whom it may concern. I am writing today in full support the hard closing of shorts that crucially violate liquidity requirements. I fully support the forced buy in of any and all fails to deliver on shares that can not or have not located the associated required share. If there is no locate available then a share should have no business being shorted. Its time to clean up these markets. Concerned individual investor
