November 10, 2022 I support this proposal, its important to have transparency and reporting requirements. In addition I believe that mandatory buy ins should be in place for Failure To Delivers and support increasing fines for breaking SEC rules, as smaller fines create a cost of doing business model for businesses and does not deter breaking said rules.
