November 10, 2022 FTDs are a bane to retail investing, and artificially devalue the price of shares. As I am a retail investor with a standard 401k, I am almost always \long\ on the market, and want it to to be as healthy and fair as possible. Every fail to deliver, intentional or not, is theft. By forcing closing positions on short positions with extreme fail to delivers, you are preventing theft from retail accounts, and are helping foster more fair markets. I support this proposal wholeheartedly.
