To SEC, I strongly urge the SEC to adopt the rule for hard closing of shorts that violate liquidity requirements with forced buy in of all FTDs on unlocated shares. It seems plain and obvious to me, and I'm sure many others that directly profiting from a sale of a security that isn't owned or worse, may not even exist is tantamount to criminality, or in the words of Daniel Drew He that sells what isn't his'n, must buy it back or go to pris'n.
