November 10, 2022 I support this proposal as an individual investor as it supports all types of investors. Requiring that liquidity is ensured and reported frequently will ensure that those positions are appropriately risk measured by the holder. It is difficult to agree with the required closing of a position for margin failure, but in our market you can simply open a new position after. Thank you all for continuing to propose rules that make sense to common investors.
