November 10, 2022 I support this proposal, as rampant unclosed shorts are fraudulent manipulations of the broader market, and only serve to provide an advantage to a few market participants, while exploiting the rest of the market participants. Hard closes on shorts, swaps, and the like, are a step in the right direction.
