November 10, 2022 That you have to change the rules to make this BASIC FAIRNESS a part of the market shows how woefully unfair and corrupt the market is. As a retail investor the INSTANT I am illiquid in my short positions I am margin called and my positions are hard closed. This is considered a basic function of the markets. But for HF/MM they can abuse SWAPs, OTCs etc and are never forced to close. I support this proposal.
