November 10, 2022 While I support the proposed enhancement, I don't understand why a 30 day time frame for reporting with an additional 30 days until publishing is appropriate. Trading today happens within microseconds and every player in the markets has instant digital reporting on their positions and balance sheets. When you look at current markets, within 30 days, markets swing 50% down and back up... how can that be an appropriate reporting time frame? My suggestion: Make it weekly with instant publishing. If something needs to be corrected, mark it as corrected. Machines/algorithms today learn how to trick investors to trade on emotions. I'm sure they can learn how to report weekly. The markets are fraudulent and dominated/manipulated by black sheep. The enhancements of S7-26-22 are a good start into the right direction but there will need to be way more to bring the things back on track.
