-I am a Visiting Professor of Economics at Brown, and this past semester, I was the Primary Advisor of Independent Studies to three Brown undergraduates (2 seniors and one junior). Last September, we decided to investigate and analyze whether quarterly reporting was right for all publicly-held U.S. corporations. They completed their thesis this past week. With their permission, I am submitting their work product to you as part of your Public Comments on this issue.
