This form is good enough for comment submission BUT communication on all other important documents ONLY hard-copy is sufficient. Bad enough that such documents are mailed First-Class claiming you are in-control of such information BUT any e-mail is clearly insufficient. Computers automatically send contacts to promotions, scam or otherwise trash, insufficient topic listed where a person, like me, who receives many e-mails a day, will delete the form long before reading such. I hardly read 10% of the e-mails I receive.
Any securities type information does not fall into the top 10% of internet type mail in-which I open. Any internet communication is NOT from family, close friends, primary organizations in-which I would open to read. No electronic signature is adequate.
Too many people are able to hack into any e-mail where there is federally protected mail all the way to your mailbox. I would extremely object to people who are supposedly protecting my rights who monitor my electronic mail without my oversight and demand the same as someone reading my hard-copy mail.
