Stock Market Crash:
We have a stock market crash in progress and possible worldwide depression. The SEC needs to restore the uptick rule in short selling; ban naked short selling; reinstate the prohibition of leverage greater than 12:1 for any institution and ban short selling of stock for banking institutions.
