Sir/madam,
SEC should ban short selling completely.
Only short-sellers sell, cover short and sell again. No investors are buying. Stock prices keep lowering.
Wall street guys are traders, not investors.
Real investors are who save their retirement money. If they don't trust in stock market, the whole stock will collapse.
