I would like to also enthusiastically encourage the Securities and Exchange Commission to act on and approve the exemption request that NAR supports on behalf of all Realtors.
It would allow all of us – Realtors - to assist investors interested in Tenants-in-Common securities in real estate. As I continue and expand my business in real estate I have looked forward to the commercial real estate opportunities. As a professional, I am committed to providing real estate services to buyers and sellers which would include their consideration and purchase of Tenants-in-Common securities.
