It seems that one year and four months is enough time for the SEC to have reviewed the comments, applied the law to the facts and responded to this application. The TIC industry and investors have suffered enough by lack of SEC action on DBSI,SunWest,TREC,SCI,Sun1031,FORT and others who skirted the securities laws. Real people lost real money and real lives were affected because the SEC didn't enforce the law. Perhaps that is the way the Bush Administration and NAR wanted it. It is time to respond to this application.
