I want to lend my support for the sharing of an "Advisory Fee" with qualified Real Estate Professionals. This sharing is long overdue on these transactions. Even though these are securities, they are also individual real estate transactions available mostly to accredited investors. The guidence a qualifed Real Estate Professional can offer to the customer and the Investment Advisor is invaluable. Real Estate Professionals are certainly worthy of being compensated for this guidance. I am a Registered Representative that transacts 1031 TIC Exchanges for my clients.
