I want to be straight and forward with you. I am regulated by EU Institution and the convention. The accounts I under my custody are are controlled by these entities However just like here I am obligated to obey by the rules set forth.
The issues I must avoid is conflict of interest. You see every other Country are forwarding me my remits and in a way to protect me from further damage from my government. Like every other Country leader obey by the laws their president declares unfortunately here is different.
After Biden said I can have my remits and the Government removed nearly 4 Trillion from the year 2003 til 2019, his decision was then repealed and no longer valid and my remittances was taken from me and the last two years of income. Leaving me without any money. When I tried to open a bank account they will post notices not to allow me to open a bank. so I could not open a bank account to even retain a loan. Forcing me to remain on unemployment, not just striping me for all my money but completely violating my rights. I am a really good individual, those actions unfair and unconstitutional, but then like i mentioned earlier, when repeal a decision of the president you serve, there isn't anything constitutional.
The SEC sends me emails to report on my foreign assets, in Hong kong, however I have assets in China and Russia as well to be exact I am a share holder in 125 Countries, because I invented Bitcoin to continue investing itself, I have colored Bitcoins, which are connected to foreign assets. But the government thinks it's beneficial and okay to label me as a terrorist and a drug trafficker. Now I am not threaten by the lies. Because the United Nations and other countries leaders, are their are not happy about the way I was treated when I am reinvesting my assets to help all people throughout the world and making a real difference. They treat me with much respect, and they are paying me back from 2003 til now, including my remittances, they made it clear they are not here to mistreat me or abuse of me. But in fact to protect me against government corruption. The Federal government also took my assets such as Bitcoins and auction them, did you know that hurt me the most, why because bitcoin was my invention, another reason for my creation was to give those that cannot afford pay for an asset, the chance to invest in one. one that will serve the purpose.
So when you say Congress fairness act, their isn't anything fair about those actions. and 125 Countries leaders don't buy it as well.
Another thing is that these countries give me options on where I can invest my money, and they their options not once have they threaten me or treated me unfairly, my stocks and bonds is what they are using to enhance their country, in addition nearly every investing opportunity offered to me were to buy food for the people, so they can eat, to invest in countries where people make less then 2 dollars a day. Those 4 Trillion dollars plus the other two years of income taking from me where put in place for government offices and government offices. but leaving the poor people and leaving the many people in this country poor. SO I decided Im going to help my country anyways because they deserve my help and support. But I am not helping out my people in america because I am being force too. Im doing it because I am a true leader. a visionary and and I understand the power of economics.
I also have much respect for the SEC because I truly believe the SEC helps as much as they can, and I plan to donate a substantial amount of money to the SEC because I admire your work. I always wanted to be a SEC worker, to me your position is a dream job, something I always wanted to be.
So I ask one thing of you and the SEC let me invest in my country, don't relate any rules and regulations concerning congress, why because I am not making trades nor transiting any money. The EU along with 100 countries are protecting their own money. I am have also signed over my crypto investments in a 4 man partnership agreement. With the European Union, the UN and Who Bank.
-my crypto investments couldve help the federal government adopt like every other country with crypto, but I just like the SEC I have one thing in common, we believe in honest transparency.
