Hello, As an XRP holder, I do not, nor have I ever been, under the impression that I am entitled to shareholder rights for purchasing the virtual currency XRP. Sitting back for 8 years and not protecting AMERICAN CITIZENS and let people invest their time and money is UNACCEPTABLE. This lawsuit is frivolous,the fact that Jay Clayton drops as he leaves shows how ridiculous this lawsuit is. Leaving it to someone one else to deal with his mess. You all should be ashamed, if XRP is deemed a security you can expect a MASS LAWSUIT from many Amecian citizens. Do your job, S.Godoy
