Speaking as a professional enrolled in Georgetown Law's Executive LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation program, I believe that concentrations, legal certifications, and master of laws programs in securities law should be listed among the Professional Certifications and Designations and Other Credentials that qualify an individual as an accredited investor.
