1) Agreed and +1 for below Proposal

Natural persons to qualify as accredited investors based on certain professional certifications and designations, such as a Series 7, 65 or 82 license, or other credentials issued by an accredited educational institution

2) Agreed and +1 for Self Certification of Accredited Status proposal

Individuals to self-certify that they have the requisite financial sophistication to be an accredited investor as another means for determining investor sophistication

Ex:- For Foreign Citizens it would be tough to provide Networth Documents, because each country has their own format . So "Self Attestation of Accreditation status" will help these type of scenerios.

3) Remove validation of Accredited status based on Networth every Quarter/few Months.

Also for Net worth of 1Million Individuals, it would be tough and takes weeks to just re certify the assets in foreign country and submit which makes it round the year activity and cumbersome.

4) Reduce 200K Eligibility.

Please reduce individual income requirements from 200K, it makes no sense to use this number all across 50 states, since Most of the investor eligibility comes from only few states, thereby reducing the eligibility of most of States.
