I just wanted to voice my full support for this change to the accredited investor definition. The current wealth and income requirements make it hard for younger people like myself to benefit from private investment opportunities. Certain young people may have just as much or more investment wisdom as some wealthy people, so making a way for them to qualify as accredited investors is an excellent proposal.
