As a NON-ACCREDITED investor, it would benefit those of us that are limited to smaller deals and then limited to the amount of money we can invest, if we could have the same options to be able to invest in bigger deals. Once I get to my limit on my investment in startups, I have to wait up to a year to get back into any more deals. I find that by investing in startups, I have better control over my investments, and by doing the research and proper planning, I have better returns. But it’s like going to a gun fight with a knife, you are fighting with one-arm behind your back and the odds are reduced on your options before you begin.
