Personally I know the SEC are racsit feckless and tawdry group of white men. You're the biggest scammers on the planet and you let all the white men get away with everything. Never the less the definition of accredited investor should obviously extend to those who at one time had a license with Finra Nasdaq and or, have participated in investment banking and can prove they did, or do in fact, still have a license. Those individuals with proof of certification or show a reference number ID that can be verified in finance and or Investment-banking registrar, with at least 5 years experience.
