While I understand the desire to protect people from being swindled who can least afford it I support a way for people of little means to be able to show through education and knowledge that they know what they are doing and accept the risk that comes with being able to make your own choices with your own money. I don’t see the SEC keeping poor people away from Las Vegas or lottery tickets. And that is truly a scam. Please allow reasonable education to substitute for just being able to afford to lose.
