To whom it may concern: I love the additions and clarifications of the accredited investor. I think couples should be able to consider their joint income when looking at investments. I also agree that certain individuals have the knowledge and/or expertise to participate but may not meet current financial restrictions in place. Thank you for making these changes! Sean
