I like the new rule to stop naked shortsellers from never delivering the shares they sell thus creating “phantom” shares. BUT, to really send a message that the destruction of America by greed will never be tolerated again. I encourage you to make them deliver the naked shorts that have created havoc and phantom shares fro the last several years!!
The SEC is to blame for allowing this to take place with no intervention. I wonder at what personal gain those of you in power have received in exchange for looking the other way; I.E. Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae, and the shortsellers facing no retribution or penalty for amassing billions made out of thin air.
