I ask that you do not increase the definition of accredited investor to $2.5MM, excluding home. There are many investors in between the $1MM and $2.5MM net worth limits who have a complete understand of the risks involve with certain alternative investments, including hedge funds.

These investors have worked hard to gain financial freedom and know how to put their money to work. It would not be prudent to cut these 'in-between' investors off from continuing on that path.

I strongly ask that you grandfather these current accredited investors and re-evaluate the limits.
