Dear SEC,
I oppose the changes that are being proposed to lock smaller investors out of access to Hedge Funds. Please don't limit my ability to make investments choices due to my limited resources. The rich already have a big enough advantage. In fact, I would suggest that you entirely remove the limits for small investors currently in place through the "Accredited investor"
designation. The fact that I haven't made a million yet, doesn't mean I am not intelligent enough to understand the risks of hedge funds.
